![]() Resveratrol, the polyphenol found in grapes, red wine and in high amounts in some medicinal plants, was shown to help improve strength and endurance in animal models of exercise training. Resveratrol also helped improve cardiac performance and function while also improving cardiac fatty acid metabolism. This supplement has the potential to help athletes in maximizing their overall athletic performance and has been shown to have protective cardiac benefits as well. Healthy wishes!
