- Be sure to eat a balanced breakfast before and after morning exercise. Doing so helps to shift your meals earlier in the day and prevents you from overeating as well.
- Avoid eating dinner late in the evening. If you must eat then, I suggest choosing something light such as a small portion of protein and vegetables.
- Avoid sugar and carbohydrate too late in the evening as these foods will cause spikes of your blood sugar levels and are likely to promote body fat storage.
- Remember, the most active part of your day is when you wake up until when you get home. Eating large quantities prior to sleep is a sure way to put on the pounds. It is also likely that you will wake up not wanting to eat breakfast, which then shifts your calorie consumption later in your day.
Make these changes today and prepare yourself for a transformation!
