A significant percentage of those individuals who experience migraine headaches have low levels of magnesium compared to those who do not habitually suffer from them. Supplementing with magnesium may be helpful for these individuals and has been shown to improve outcomes for those going through this debilitating condition. Thanks i was a victim of migraine and know i think i know what i m supposed to do so that it wont get too beyond and help others also.
